Welcome to our little slice of paradise! I'm Sylvie, your host and fellow adventurer. As a mother of three and someone who's spent years traversing the globe, I stumbled into the world of hosting and property management back in 2021 and quickly fell in love.

This home was perfect for our weekend trip to Austin with 7 people. It was clean and in a good location. We had some issues with the keypad however Sylvie was very responsive and ensured we could access the house. I would stay here again and would recommend this Airbnb to others!

This spot was a life saver - I had the Fairfield Inn, about a mile away, cancel on me last minute and was able to book this spot asap at 6p that same evening. The space is cute and prefect for what I needed. I was working just a block away so I could walk to/from. There are many restaurants in the area and a great coffee shop about 3 blocks away. It's about a $7 uber ride to Rainey St. (with tip!)

The location is ideal for a visit to Ashland. We parked the car and left it there. We walked to a couple plays, restaurants, shops, the outdoor swimming pool and park, and Lithia Park. The best part was that Safeway was two doors down! The air conditioning was much appreciated and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. We loved the front and back porches as well!

This was a nice short little stay for me, it’s tucked away in a quiet beautiful neighborhood and a walk away from downtown Ashland! Sylvie was very helpful, responsive and friendly, this little place was so comfy and clean, highly recommend and the price is unbeatable!

Our stay at Helman House in Ashland was perfect. The house was lovely and comfortable, with enough space for everyone to sleep, eat, cook, play cards, and watch TV--when we were not out and about in Ashland! Will stay there again.
