Welcome to our large elegant home, featuring two stunning master bedrooms. All three bedrooms have king sized beds and en suite bathrooms making it the perfect friends and family getaway!

We can sleep 10 people total!

Bedroom 1: King Bed, ensuite bathroom with jetted tub, 55" tv

The spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen provide ample space for enjoying time with friends and family.

Step outside to our inviting outdoor area, complete with a large table and chairs, a bistro table, a barbecue, a heat lamp, and plenty of comfortable seating. Relax in our hot tub or seasonal pool with loungers, and a 2-person sauna in the garage.

Relax on our large (111" by 111") sectional sleeper sofa and stream your favorite shows on our Smart TV (Roku) or just enjoy the fireplace that turns on with a flick of a switch. Enjoy access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and Apple TV by simply entering your password.

★KITCHEN★

The kitchen is a chef's dream. You'll be amazed at how well stocked this fully loaded kitchen is whether you want to prepare a simple breakfast or spend the day cooking a feast. From every size pot and pan to even some rare spices this kitchen is perfect for your friend and family getaway. Our coffee and tea bar has everything you need to get going in the morning. Enjoy a 2-in-1 coffee maker with both Keurig and drip options.

★DINING★

You've got options! The formal dining room has a large table that seats 6 comfortably (or squeeze 8 in!). The breakfast nook seats 4 and kitchen island seats 2. On our better weather days you can enjoy a large outdoor table for 6 or a small bistro table for 2.

★BATHROOMS★

There are 3.5 bathrooms total. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is a half bath off the living room. There are 2 bathtubs (one large jetted tub in the master bedroom and the second one in the other upstairs bedroom). Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

★LAUNDRY ROOM★

There is a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room upstairs.

★PARKING★

There is one spot in front driveway for your car and ample street parking.

★RESTAURANTS & BARS★

The best of the best on the Ashland Plaza is a 4 minute drive away!

★HEATING & AC★

The house has a central heat and AC with 2 thermostats (one on each floor).

For safety, there is a ring doorbell at the front door. It is active 24/7. Video and sound recording is motion activated. The home is also equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Tampering with or disabling the ring doorbell and noise monitoring sensor will immediately cancel the reservation.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

- You will be asked to sign a rental agreement.

- A security deposit is required. A security deposit hold of $500 will be placed on the guest's credit card.

- There is an adjacent studio that is rented separately. Studio guests have no access to the backyard and amenities ensuring your complete privacy

- Pool maintenance is scheduled every Monday. During this time, our dedicated team will be working diligently to ensure the pool is in top-notch condition for your safety and enjoyment. The maintenance process typically takes approximately an hour and 45 minutes to complete and will need guests to exit the pool during that time.

- Garden maintenance occurs on Fridays. Our team ensures the garden remains in excellent condition for your enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 60 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled within 60 days.

Unapproved late checkouts will incur an additional charge of $300.

The house was a perfect fit for us. The kitchen especially was great. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed, all in pristine condition. We enjoyed the lovely deck overlooking the pool, the large, accommodating living room, and gathering around the dining room table. The house is ideally located in a great neighborhood for walking and enjoying the area. There are parks and a nature trail a short distance away. It's a quick drive to the theaters and downtown restaurants. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Spacious, lovely furnishings with a king bed, tv and bathroom for each of us. We loved the kitchen seating nook as well as the comfy living room. We had a fantastic stay at Kat's place in Ashland. It was perfect for our group of 6. The gym and inside space to practice yoga (complete with yoga mats) were both appreciated by our active group, as were pool, hot tub and outdoor dining setup. It's rare to find a place with THREE King beds. Bedrooms were all decorated and furnished really nicely and we found the desks in two rooms useful too. Very thoughtful and comfy setup overall. This is a beautiful spacious home. We did not utilize the extra amenities of pool and weight room. But we did utilize the yoga space, did a puzzle on the dining room table, and loved hanging out and visiting in the kitchen. Bedrooms were wonderful.

This house was awesome for my family of six, with a great backyard in a great area. We didn’t realize there was a rented studio adjacent to the home, but the renters were nice and quiet and it wasn’t a problem- just a surprise to see them outside. We were here for a long weekend with 2 other couples and our 2 children. The house was perfect for 3 couples - having 3 king beds with separate bathrooms was amazing. The kids slept in the living room and there was a half bath for them as well. The house was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was very well provisioned. We had a couple of small hiccups with the outdoor area, but Kat addressed those quickly and to our satisfaction. We absolutely LOVED the pool and appreciated that it was heated!! We spent countless hours floating around. The price felt high at first, but after being at the house with its immaculate interior and beautiful outdoors, it was worth it. We would definitely return to this house the next time we're in Ashland!

Beautiful, clean, spacious home. We enjoyed our stay! Sylvie was a great a host! There are some neighbors windows overlooking the yard, so if you are looking for 100% privacy while using the beautiful yard amenities, you may not consider it suitable, but that did not bother us and we had a relaxing time in the hot tub. Small details, like plenty of hot water in all sinks and showers, and a fully equipped kitchen, make this ideal for large families or up to ten guests comfortably. Finally the yard is fully fenced, making it easy to let the dog into the back yard without worrying he would escape. We plan to stay here again!

This was an end of year family get together with my Son and his family who live in Vacaville CA, and my Daughter, Granddaughter and Wife and I coming from just north of Newport in Oregon so the location is perfect. The location, layout and decor in this fabulous home were just as advertised, it was very clean and well found. The kitchen has all the amenities one could hope for, and in warmer weather having the pool would be a real bonus. it is situated within walking distance of town and close to shopping for your incidentals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place to have space for three small separate family units to come together. The insuite bathrooms for all were really great. There is a playground basically across the street and a nice grassy park two blocks away. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, but the layout of the backyard made it feel even more private. The planting is beautiful. Incredible to have everything pool, hot tub, sauna and home gym. Sylvie was very responsive. When we were missing a sponge or couldn't get the hot tub hot she took care of it right away. Any big or small questions were answered right away and we're very clear and respectful.

This place felt like home the moment we stepped inside. There were so many thoughtful details like towels for the pets at the entrance. There was even a lighted Christmas tree which put us in an holiday mood. Our family loves to cook and we were so happy with the huge kitchen, all 7 of us were in there preparing food. Knives were super sharp and there were big pots for us to use and nice trays to serve them for our holiday meals. Pictures don’t give enough credit because the house was huge and rooms were spread out. We would love to return to this house and use the jacuzzi . We were easily able to walk to town. Sylvie always responded. Truly a super host for an awesome place!

Kitchen was amazing, we enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the sauna, the workout spaces, the barbecue… We took advantage of everything that this property had to offer.. we especially liked the doggie door, dog dishes, and towels to wipe our dogs feet off with. We love that you kept everybody in mind. and it’s always nice to have plenty of bathrooms when you have a large group

This big and clean, newly remodeled vacation rental house was the perfectly perfect! Highly recommend this place. Beds and linens were 4-star hotel class. Well-equipped kitchen was perfect for our stay. Most items were NEW when we had stayed here for 2022 Christmas days! And also, the host was very very helpful and responsive. We were allowed to stay in this beautiful home from Marika. It is a large home with all the amenities you need. The kitchen is great, cooking on gas is a real plus for us. Location is very close to downtown, about 5 car minutes and about 25 walking minutes…. But the part we liked best is the deck and the yard. It is a secluded yard with a few lazy chairs, a pool and nice landscaping. Everything is very well maintained and roomy. Marika is a great host, very attentive and caring. She really took our interests into consideration, thank you for that. We will gladly return to this place in the future!

I stay at a lot of VRBOs and this one was exceptional!! Home is fully stocked! We were there on a work trip and the bedrooms had desks, chairs, keyboards and monitors available. The entire spice cabinet was full, condiments in the refrigerator, fun big ducky pool float for the kids, awesome collection of games and books to read, even an Alexa so we could play music in kitchen while we cooked. Beds are comfortable and the whole house is so adorably decorated. Even a space to do yoga and yoga mats provided. It’s peaceful and a nice place to relax and has inspiring quotes on the walls. The home gym is fully equipped for a great workout. Also, the house location is so awesome!! A block from a school park, down the street from the grocery store and a wonderful walk into town to all the awesome restaurants and boutiques Ashland has to offer. Really impressed and looking forward to staying there again. ❤️

This is the gold standard against which all future Airbnb stays will be judged. Pool, sauna, hot tub, personal gym, yoga space, awesome library, fireplaces, extremely stocked kitchen great for cooking and entertaining, soaking tub, great big tv for movie nights, classic game selection for quality time. To top it al off the rooms were comfortable and of comparable size to make splitting equitable and there were extra pillows and tons of soft throw blankets- my personal favorite bonus/essentials. It felt like a person and not an agency had made a real functional and lovely home here and then shared it.

This is a wonderful home that is updated to high-quality modern standards. The large and well-equipped kitchen is perfect for foodies who like to cook. The knives were sharp, and the spice cabinet was well stocked. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and bedding provided sound sleep. The hot tub was at the right temp and a welcome amenity.
