Our spacious 6-bedroom house is perfect for bachelor/bachelorette getaway! With its detached casita, private pool, and spacious backyard, you'll have everything you need to celebrate in style with up to 20 guests! THIS INCLUDES THE FRONT HOUSE ON THE PROPERTY AS WELL AS THE CASITA IN THE BACK -You'll be renting out the whole place just for you! :)

★HOME OVERVIEW★

A combo of large front house (sleeps 18) and quaint back house (our casita sleeps another 2) with a fun backyard and private pool! Perfect for gatherings and bachelor/ bachelorette!

★SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS★

We can sleep 20 total!

Front house:

Bedroom 1: Two queen beds

Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Bedroom 3: Queen bed

Bedroom 4 and 5: Bedroom 4 has a King Bed and bedroom 5 is packed with a queen bed, a full sized bed and a twin trundle (2 twins). Please note that the 4th and 5th bedrooms are combined. Unlike traditional setups, these rooms are creatively designed without a physical wall separating them, offering a truly distinctive and flexible accommodation experience. There is a full bathroom with bathtub that bedroom 4 and 5 share.

★ENTERTAINING BACKYARD★

Step outside to our backyard oasis, complete with a seasonal pool, a picnic table, a barbecue, Adirondack chairs and games. The pool is the perfect place to cool off on a hot day or to have a pool party. It's 13ft x 6.5ft x 3.5ft and is surrounded by a spacious backyard with plenty of seating. Please note our pool is serviced on Tuesdays

★LIVING AREA★

Relax on our large sectional sleeper sofa and stream your favorite shows on our Smart TV (Roku) or hang out with your friends. Enjoy access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and Apple TV by simply entering your password.

★KITCHEN★

The kitchen is perfect for simple meal prep when you need a night in. You'll find all your basics to get breakfast, lunch or dinner on the table. Enjoy a 2-in-1 coffee maker with both Keurig and drip options. There is also a kitchenette in casita, so you can have a cup of coffee or some eggs before joining the rest of the group.

★DINING★

You've got options! There's a small dining room that seats 4 comfortably (or squeeze 6 in!). On our better weather days you can enjoy a picnic table in the backyard or another in the front. Although we have to admit late night on weekends the taco truck next door with stellar reviews hits the spot.

★BATHROOMS★

There are 3 bathrooms total. In the front house one bathroom with bathtub is in the hallway and the other is ensuite (also with a bathtub) in the large combined room (rooms 4 and 5). The casita has it's own bathroom with a shower. Towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

★LAUNDRY ROOM★

There is a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room and the casita also has a washer/dryer combo (1 unit that does both) so you can have a couple loads going at once and return home with your laundry already done!

★PARKING★

There are 3 tandem off street parking spaces in the driveway reserved for you as well as ample street parking. Two of the spots are behind the locked gate (please note: it's a narrow driveway).

★RESTAURANTS & BARS★

This beautiful home is just a 10 minute walk from Rainey Street! Whether you prefer a 3am taco truck or a fine dining establishment, you're a $10 uber away!

★HEATING & AC★

The house has a central heat and AC and the Casita has a brand new mini split installed fall of 2023.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

- You will be asked to sign a rental agreement.

- Pool maintenance is scheduled every every Wednesday during the season. Rest assured, this regular upkeep is essential to guarantee that the pool water is always clean, clear, and safe for you to use.

- Garbage maintenance is scheduled every Thursday. The team will collect the trash bins from the property, and on Friday, they'll return them to their proper place. This regular service ensures that the property stays clean and well-maintained for your comfort.

- Yard maintenance is scheduled every other Wednesday to keep the outdoor areas clean and well-kept. The service typically takes place during daylight hours and is focused on exterior spaces only. We do our best to minimize any disruption during your stay and appreciate your understanding!

Guest access

A few days before you arrive you'll receive your door code so that you can self check in.

Other things to note:

For safety, there is a ring doorbell at the front door. It is active 24/7. Video and sound recording is motion activated. The home is also equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Tampering with or disabling the ring doorbell and noise monitoring sensor will immediately cancel the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 60 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled within 60 days.

Unapproved late checkouts will incur an additional charge of $300.

This house accommodated our large party perfectly with tons of space and plenty of beds for sleeping. The location was great, with 6th street and tons of restaurants within walking distance. When we did have to drive, the uber/lyft cost was only $10. The house and backyard was very clean and provided clear instructions, making check in and out easy. Only complaint would be that some of the outdoor furniture is in poor shape and needs to be replaced. Would definitely recommend however for any large groups visiting Austin!

Would 100% recommend this accommodation for any large group visiting the Austin area. The location is perfect and there are tons of rooms/beds to accommodate bigger groups. I chose to have my bachelor party in Austin, Texas, and Sylvie's listing was a huge contributor to one of the best weekends I could have imagined! We had a group consisting of 10 guys, and the listing was spacious enough for all of us to hang out comfortably! The listing was located just far enough away from the busy streets while still allowing us to walk to plenty of bars and restaurants especially on 6th Street. Downtown was a short Uber ride away and did not take long waiting for any rides! One of our personal favorite features of the listing had to be the fact that it was nestled right next to the Taqueria La Esperanza food truck! I cannot express how amazing of a stay we had at Sylvie's listing, as well as the fact of how responsive and attentive she was for the entirety of our stay!

An unexpected bonus was the charming casita included in our booking. It was a wonderful, private space that added so much to our stay. My bachelorette group had a fantastic stay! The casita was lovely and offered some privacy, and there were plenty of beds and space for the group so no one felt crowded! Having the pool was a delight especially with the Austin sun! We loved sitting outside together at night in the backyard once the sun went down. While the area is super convenient to SO many yummy food spots and a Target, there were a lot of homeless people in the area, which we had expected to see in Austin but definitely a decent amount nearby the home but we still always felt very safe with the security cameras and gates! Overall great place for a group trip!

The locating and amount of beds for our 15 person group even were very convenient. Unfortunately, the pool was cloudy and unusable during our trip. Our host sent the pool guy to fix it, but the pool never became usable for our group. I'd recommend staying here if you have a very large group and want to be a 5 minute Uber from anything in Austin, but not if you are planning to spend your whole trip at the Airbnb as the common areas are small.

Sylvie’s place is perfect for bigger groups! It has all the essential things that you would need for a long weekend stay and the location is perfect! The fact that La bbq is 180 feet away, it is a perfect bonus! The place was clean and the best thing about the place is, unlike many other air bnb, the check out is hassle free - you only have to do the dishwasher and they take care of everything else! No other chores when you are trying to leave the place and catch a flight! Sylvie also helped us get a few things that some of us left behind - she took the effort of shipping it back to us. The only con is although some of the rooms have 2 beds in a room, the bigger room feels like a dorm with 4 beds as it doesn’t have any separator. The Casita is too cute though - very modern and well planned! We will definitely visit again!

I stayed at Sylvie's airbnb with a few friends (10 in total) and the whole trip was awesome! The location is awesome because you are able to walk to Rainey Street or downtown pretty quick. Next to the AirBnb is a Mexican food truck which is open until late in the night. Overall everything was clean and the Sylvie was very communicative and responded fast. I would come back anytime!
