Welcome to our cozy cottage, a stone’s throw from Ashland in Talent, Oregon featuring two comfortable master bedrooms. Bothbedrooms have king sized beds making it the perfect friends and family getaway!

★SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS★

We can sleep 4 people total!

Bedroom 1: King Bed, ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 2: King Bed, full bathroom right down the hall

The bright and cozy living room, eating area, and kitchen provide a great open-concept space for enjoying time with friends and family.

★LIVING AREA★

Relax on our large sofa and stream your favorite shows on our Smart TV (Roku) or just enjoy the fireplace that turns on with a flick of a switch. Enjoy access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and Apple TV by simply entering your password.

★KITCHEN★

The kitchen in this new construction home is efficient, clean and perfect for preparing a simple dinner or getting your morning java (Both Keurig and drip options).

★DINING★

The seating area comfortably seats 4 at the table and of course, weather permitting you can enjoy your drinks outside on our patio instead. ‎

★BATHROOMS★

There are 2 full bathrooms, each with a bathtub. . One is an en suite and the other is down the hall. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

★LAUNDRY ROOM★

There is a full sized washer and dryer in the hallway closet with detergent and dryer sheets for your use.

★PARKING★

There is 1 off street parking space reserved for you in the driveway and 1 space right outside the front of the house.

★RESTAURANTS & BARS★

The best of the best on the Ashland Plaza is a 11 minute drive away!

★HEATING & AC★

The house has a mini split in the living room that controls the heat and AC with a remote as well as ceiling fans. Please note that this 812 sq ft cottage does not have vents in the bedrooms.

For safety, there is a ring doorbell at the front door. It is active 24/7. Video and sound recording is motion activated. It is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Tampering with or disabling the ring doorbell will immediately cancel the reservation.

this is one of the nicest places I have stayed. it was so pristine, new, and sparkling clean. The house also had vaulted ceilings and big windows great views. Sylvie was the best host and always communicated promptly. It was also close to restaurants and shops. I hope to come back again soon!

Good overall experience and met our needs. The listing indicated no personal products, but it actually included the shampoos, laundry soaps, etc ( so don't go buying them before you check out what you need). The bedroom space is a little cramped, but we figured out we could put the open suitcases under the bed. It was a pretty tight space with an infant, but would probably work fine if you don't have any extra bags, etc. This is minor, but there is no cupboard space for groceries, so plan on a container or keep your grocery bags to set them on the floor. The kitchen was fully stocked with a kurig, drip coffee and hot water vessel, etc which was awesome!!!! the security lock opened right up, so entry was super easy! everything visually looked prestinely clean, although some of wooden floors had not been mopped clean (not a problem unless you have a crawling infant). we were very happy with the overall experience.

Loved our stay in Talent My daughter lives in Talent so it was super convenient for us and I love this town. It's very quaint and we were able to run on all the trails around there and enjoyed several meals at the restaurants right down the street.

The house was clean, quiet, and just minutes for Ashland. Very safe feeling. It's a newer home so it's in great condition. The beds and bedding are high quality. Plenty of kitchen hardware for cooking. I would definitely rent it again. Sylvie checked in with me a few times to make sure things were good. I had a couple of questions, and her response was quick. What more could you ask for?

This pet friendly property is very new with all that you need for a great stay. Giant TV in the great room with a cozy fireplace. Two bedrooms with king size beds. Two bathrooms with one in suite. It was close to everything. 10 minutes to Ashland and about the same to Medford. The host reached out to us after the first night to ensure our stay was great! We would definitely stay here again.

We went to celebrate Mother’s Day and our anniversary with our twins and our dog. We needed something simple but quiet and relaxing. The home was the perfect size for us. There was great communication and the home was as it was described. I did think there was a backyard, but it was a patio which was still fine for us. The home was also an easy drive to either Ashland and Medford where we got to spend most of our time exploring. The home is in a small town, but a few places to check out that was dog and child friendly. If you are looking for something simple, relaxing and fur friendly, I would say this place would be an excellent choice.

There are not many Airbnbs in the Talent/Ashland area that allow pets. This is a great cozy place that does. Though it doesn't have a fenced in yard it is located on a nice low traffic street that made for great walking with the pup. And there is a small dog park walking distance from the place. The home is very comfortable and has all the amenities you need.
