We have a table for 2 and a kitchenette so you're all set for a bite or a morning coffee.

Relax on our sofa and stream your favorite shows on our Smart TV (Roku). Enjoy access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and Apple TV by simply entering your password.

Please note that this studio shares a wall that is relatively thin as far as soundproofing with the other studio that may or may not be occupied. If you’re a light sleeper or like to listen to music or TV loudly please inquire about other units that may be more suitable.

Other details to note:

For safety, there is a ring doorbell at the front door. It is active 24/7. Video and sound recording is motion activated. The home is also equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located outside of the home. It is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Tampering with or disabling the ring doorbell and noise monitoring sensor will immediately cancel the reservation.

Please Note: The water heater is shared between Studio A and Studio B. While it generally provides sufficient hot water for both units, there may be occasional delays in hot water recovery if multiple showers are taken back-to-back. We recommend spacing out showers when possible for the most comfortable experience.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

- You will be asked to sign a rental agreement.

- The minimum age to rent is 21

- No smoking

- Garden maintenance occurs on Fridays. Our team ensures the garden remains in excellent condition for your enjoyment.

There is a pet fee of $75

We love welcoming well-behaved pets to our property! To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all pets be kept on a leash when outdoors and not left unattended in shared areas.

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 60 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled within 60 days.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Options:

- We may be able to accommodate an early check-in starting at 1:30 PM or a late check-out until 1:30 PM for an additional fee of $35.00, subject to availability and scheduling.

- To help us coordinate with our cleaning and operations teams, requests must be made at least 1 day in advance and are not guaranteed until confirmed by management.

- For guests needing significantly earlier arrivals or later departures, we recommend booking the previous or following night to ensure uninterrupted access to the property.

- Unapproved late checkouts will incur an additional charge of $300.

Sylvie’s “picture perfect studio” is another name for this extraordinary experience. We stayed in studio B on Hellman St. and walked to “A Midsummer Nights Dream,” for the most magical evening. We walked to get ice cream and were greeted by local deer! This place is so walkable!!!! Sylvie was on top of every comfort including preparing an air conditioned unit for us upon our arrival. The kitchenette had every thing you could want (great hot coffee) and need (an ice cold fridge)! The towels and linens were fresh and stocked in abundance. This suite is very close to downtown Ashland's restaurants and amenities like Lithia Park, but also far enough off the main street that it was very quiet at night. It was nice to see a play at the Shakespeare Festival and be able to walk home in 8 minutes. Or to walk to any number of restaurants or bars. I was traveling by myself and it was a great size for me and had everything I needed for a cozy stay. The host is very responsive and proactive and I would highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay with Sylvie. The sweet little Studio B was perfect for us. Walking to restaurants, sightseeing and taking a snowy walk through Lithia Park was all very accessible. There is even a little closet to hang wet coats. The King bed is super comfortable and the heater gets the room warm quickly and kept us toasty in cold weather. This was a very comfortable space to stay and matched exactly what the description was. I would definitely stay here again. It was really centrally located and easy to navigate from. Place was comfortable and clean. As described in the description, there is some sound that travels through the wall of the shared space. I would say if you were light sleeper this is not for you, but for me it really wasn’t an issue. I mostly just heard sounds of water from the other side. The host was also incredibly responsible, which was super helpful!

Sylvie’s place was just as described and as photos showed on the site. It was extremely tidy and clean and had everything we could need for a 2 night (or longer) stay. We slept so soundly on that great big king bed with nice linens. The mattress was firm, but not in a “hard” way, more like a firm density. The bungalow is one of two set behind the main house and was so quiet and private. You can easily walk to all the downtown areas where there are great restaurants, nightlife and theaters. Sylvie was also very easy to connect with and checked in with us before and during our stay by email to ensure we were doing ok and didn’t need anything. Would stay here again any time.

A great little unit, reasonably priced for the very good location with easy access to the main strip of Ashland, particularly the west end and Lithia Park. The beds were just fine, the bathroom surprisingly spacious, and the kitchen very well-equipped with both basic appliances and plates, cutlery, etc. The host was very communicative and responsive, as well. The living area becomes a little hard to navigate when the second bed is folded out, and the fact that both the kitchen and table area are carpeted rather than on hard, easy-to-clean surfaces made meals with young children a little harrowing, but for the price we had no complaints!

Very nice place, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, there was extra seating and the lighting was good. The shower was great, with the showerhead high enough that my husband could stand under the spray, and the hot water didn't take forever. The hot/cold plate was backwards, but that's cosmetic. It worked great! The location is perfect for spending time downtown, and was also within walking distance of the Ashland Co-Op. Great hiking nearby too.

Host is super responsive & proactive communicator. Very clean & tidy overall too. Id stay here again for the price, despite high "Service" fees. I was pretty disappointed by some stuff, & would say the listing is a bit misleading/lacks some specificity: Things guests might want to know more clearly: both studios are half of the same small building, sharing a somewhat thin wall. (No washer in the studio as listed). The Kitchen is VERY tiny & sparsely stocked for minimum functionality. I suggest listing cookware available. Some dishes were dirty from prev guests, not sure they're double checked by cleaner. Studio is 20feet off the back of a health center- woke us up 2 nights when in there at 10pm & 2am w/ bright office lights on. Bathroom maintenance was needed. Attention to 5star details bit lacking.
