We have a table for 2 and a kitchenette so you're all set for a bite or a morning coffee.

Relax on our sofa and stream your favorite shows on our Smart TV (Roku). Enjoy access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and Apple TV by simply entering your password.

Please note that this studio shares a wall that is relatively thin as far as soundproofing with the other studio that may or may not be occupied. If you’re a light sleeper or like to listen to music or TV loudly please inquire about other units that may be more suitable.

Other details to note:

For safety, there is a ring doorbell at the front door. It is active 24/7. Video and sound recording is motion activated. The home is also equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Tampering with or disabling the ring doorbell and noise monitoring sensor will immediately cancel the reservation.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

- You will be asked to sign a rental agreement.

- The minimum age to rent is 21

- No smoking

- Garden maintenance occurs on Fridays. Our team ensures the garden remains in excellent condition for your enjoyment.

There is a pet fee of $75

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 60 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled within 60 days.

Unapproved late checkouts will incur an additional charge of $300.

Can’t beat the location. Easily walkable to the Ashland’s best restaurants, the Shakespeare theaters, and Lythia Park. We really enjoyed our time and felt very comfortable in the air conditioned studio, with small kitchen and laundry. It even had a skylight with push button blinds. Definitely plan on staying here again.

It’s a cute place 2 blocks to the main drag of Ashland & once in town on the other side is a perfect bakery for a treat, for after ur morning walk. Once home again. Coffee, creamer & sugars are ready for ur perfect cup of Java. The king bed was very comfortable (firm but not to firm). We opened the door to air conditioning ( great since it was 102 that day) From opening the door to when we left, information was listed on the table. The owner was very open to any questions prior to our booking & helped with issues we had in signing up. It had everything these two people needed. Parking was a little tight but I found the parking area open & we just turned our car around & backed into our space each time we got home! At night there is a car parked there but we had no issues. Lovely nook so close to town for these two Guests.

Sylvie’s place was a great location to walk to restaurants and to hit a beautiful 2.5 mile stroll through the park which led to additional trails for the adventurers! We had a parking spot in the back but there was plenty of street parking. A highlight was that we saw deer in the yard.

We were lucky to be able to book Sylvie's place *again* after our car repair took longer than expected. Rather than consider another Airbnb, we went right back to the same place since we knew we liked how walkable and quiet it was. Plus, we got to stay in *both* studios (A & B), and of the two, we liked this one better since it had a wash & dryer!

This was the fourth time we've stayed at Studio A. The location is an easy walk to downtown Ashland and all it has to offer, as well as, the Oregon Shakespeare theaters. The first two stays were hosted by the previous owner and the third by Sylvie very soon after her purchase. The studio was comfy from the beginning; but, with this fourth stay, it is obvious that the decor and amenities have been upgraded, especially, the accessories in the bathroom. Definitely, we recommend this studio for its peaceful, convenient location, decor and comfort.

We really enjoyed our three-night stay in Studio A. Even though it is a pet-friendly place, it was clean and fresh with no evidence of any pet occupancy. We were busy and away most of the day and evening but found the space comfortable and relaxing before turning in at night and in the mornings. All the items needed in this home away from home were provided. I especially appreciated the medicine cabinet and empty drawers in the bathroom to store our things. Although there was no dresser to store our underwear etc. in, the folding luggage rack made it convenient to use our suitcase as a "drawer". Thank you, Sylvie for all the care you put into making our stay enjoyable. We will definitely try to stay again when next in Ashland.

As far as Ashland goes this stay is in an excellent location. We were able to do a short walk down to some of the best restaurants, the Shakespeare theater, and Lythia park. The stay has great air conditioning, which we were very thankful for, a mini-kitchen, laundry, and a skylight with push button blinds. We definitely plan to stay here again.

The place was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable with nice pristine bed linens. The only hiccups for me was not realizing that there were two little sets of stairs to navigate with my luggage to get into the room. Fortunately, the gardener was still there to help me. Then once inside, it was a quite a bit smaller than I had expected. But it was very clean and comfortable and she even accommodated my request for a blender. Very good showerhead. She was positively responsive to every communication and overall it was a very pleasant place to stay. I would recommend for sure.

Moving my son into college and needed someplace close by that was comfortable with easy access to downtown Ashland for quality time with my son. This was it! The off-road parking for Studio A was perfect and the walk was less than 10 minutes (I’m slow) to downtown. I really appreciated the high quality linens, makeup wipes in the bathroom, the skylight, and ac. The owner was very responsive! Overall I was happy and comfortable so would absolutely stay here again.

Super cute, curated little nest in the heart of Ashland. Sylvie was so accommodating- everything from booking to checking in and out went smoothly. She even had a little basket by the door with towels to wipe my dog’s feet, and a roll of pet waste bags, which I found very thoughtful and appreciated! Bed and bedding was super comfy, it’s nice to have laundry in the unit as well. There’s cool designed soundproofing on the walls, it’s a creative effort and definitely helps, but you can still hear the guests talking next door that share a wall. It’s muffled/faint, but noticeable. So this is the perfect spot if you are going to be out and about most of the time, and aren’t looking for a private honeymoon vibe. It was exactly what I needed and I felt very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay, Sylvie!

We felt lucky to find Sylvie's place, it is truly 5-star. It is everything she promised in her ad and very close for walking into town for dinner or just to sightsee or hike into Lythia Park. Since we were there only 3 nights we hadn't planned to bring food to cook so didn't miss the lack of a range/oven. We made our breakfasts there and found restaurants very close by for dinner. The Ashland Co-op is our favorite for a quick lunch. Sylvie's place is tucked away on a side street so you never hear any traffic but you might hear people in the neighboring suite. We heard a voice now and again but it did not bother us at all and we're light sleepers. Sylvie is genuinely interested in her guests comfort and is quick to offer any help or suggestions and is very responsive. The King bed is firm and really comfortable. I highly recommend a stay at Sylvie's place! We hope to stay there again on another trip to Ashland we plan to make soon.
