Explore numerous restaurants within a 10-minute walk, or arrive in Downtown in just 5 minutes by Uber to indulge in a wide range of cuisine and nightlife.

 

Prior to your arrival you'll receive the code to enter into the smart lock so you can come and go at your leisure.

 

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

- You will be asked to sign a rental agreement.

- The minimum age to rent is 21

- No smoking

- Pool maintenance is scheduled every every Tuesday during the season. Rest assured, this regular upkeep is essential to guarantee that the pool water is always clean, clear, and safe for you to use.

- Garbage maintenance is scheduled every Thursday. The team will collect the trash bins from the property, and on Friday, they'll return them to their proper place. This regular service ensures that the property stays clean and well-maintained for your comfort.

- Yard maintenance is scheduled every other Wednesday to keep the outdoor areas clean and well-kept. The service typically takes place during daylight hours and is focused on exterior spaces only. We do our best to minimize any disruption during your stay and appreciate your understanding!

 

For safety, there is a ring doorbell at the front door. It is active 24/7. Video and sound recording is motion activated. The home is also equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Tampering with or disabling the ring doorbell and noise monitoring sensor will immediately cancel the reservation.

 

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 60 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled within 60 days.

 

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Options:

- We may be able to accommodate an early check-in starting at 1:30 PM or a late check-out until 1:30 PM for an additional fee of $60.00, subject to availability and scheduling.

- To help us coordinate with our cleaning and operations teams, requests must be made at least 1 day in advance and are not guaranteed until confirmed by management.

- For guests needing significantly earlier arrivals or later departures, we recommend booking the previous or following night to ensure uninterrupted access to the property.

- Unapproved late checkouts will incur an additional charge of $300.

This place was perfect for our one night stay in Austin! It felt so nice to have the fence all around the property and the gate for our car for added security and privacy. The place was close to downtown Austin and it had a little park nearby which was nice to walk through. Overall, the place had everything we needed and more! The only thing to take a note of is the 1 bathroom in the house can be tricky with 7 people but we made it work. Also, the additional room is outside the main house, so there is really only 3 rooms inside the house which was a little confusing but luckily we did not really need that extra room.

I’ve been using Air Bnb for 11 years and this is one of the cleanest and best value stays that I’ve had. The location is awesome as it’s just 10 minutes from the airport in addition to 10-15 minutes of anywhere you’d like to be in Austin. One thing that I always look for is comfortable beds, pillows, and couches and this had it all. Lyft rides were very cheap to downtown ($15 or less) and readily available. I think the longest we waited for a ride share was prob 7 minutes. The house itself had everything you would need for a stay with every kitchen utensil and appliance you would want and the washer and dryer are also huge. I also appreciated not having to do chores when checking out other than trash. In terms of must do things that I would recommend I would def encourage you to do a bat cruise tour, check out the museums, AO tours for the 90 min tour of downtown and the hills, Paperboy east for brunch and Mama Dearest for a local dive bar. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our stay in Austin! It’s just about 10 minutes from downtown, which made it super convenient. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Sylvie, the host, was amazing very responsive and made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. The main house has three good-sized bedrooms, plus there’s a fourth bedroom with a separate entrance (no direct access to the house), but we didn’t need it. The shared spaces kitchen, living room, and dining area were spacious and a great spot for everyone to hang out. The only minor downside was the pool. It’s under trees, so it doesn’t get much sunlight and tends to collect debris, even with the cover. That said, Sylvie had someone come out quickly to clean it, and we just skimmed the top when needed. Not a big deal at all it was still great to cool off in the heat. The neighborhood felt very safe and the property was well lit at night. We’d definitely stay here again!

I wouldn’t say that any of the places we ate/visited were walkable, but about a 10 min ride. The bonus room is separate from the main living space and other bedrooms/bathroom, so keep that in mind. Bonus bedroom was small, but styled and private. Needed a tad more cleaning in the bonus room, but overall recommended for a family or friend trip to Austin! Very comfortable beds!

Place was great! Went with a group of 8 girls and (to our surprise) had no trouble with sharing one bathroom. There are plenty of mirrors throughout the place that help with getting ready to hit the town. Sylvie was very responsive before and during our trip and super helpful.

If you're looking for a great place close to all the best spots in Austin, look no further. This a good place for groups and Sylvie is very attentive. Also, has 2 king beds which seem to be a rarity on Airbnb but makes a big difference. All-in-all, the place was clean, had everything we needed and the host was friendly. 5 stars!

Our group of 8 stayed at Sylvie's place for a day, and it comfortably accommodated all of us. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was great, and being able to check in early was a definite plus. While there's only one bathroom, it wasn't a big deal for us since we weren't hanging around the Airbnb much anyway.

Sylvie's place was perfect for our crew. There were plenty of beds, a well stocked kitchen, nice appliances that were easy to use, a lovely front porch, and even though there was only one bathroom, it was large and there was a separate toilet closet so multiple people could use the bathroom at the same time. The location is amazing, it's right next to this great little walking path and away from the hustle but only a short walk to a food truck park, a short bike ride to the Eastside restaurant scene, and a short drive to the rest of the town. Sylvie made the process easy and painless and I would definitely stay here again. It felt like a home away from home. Great Airbnb experience.

Wonderful location - we were able to walk easily to coffee, food, bars. There's also a running trail across the street, which was great. We didn't spend much time at the house (here for SXSW) but it was comfortable and clean. Having 5 people share a bathroom was a bit of a challenge but we made it work!

This will be our go-to place for Austin visits. It was perfect for our Beagle with a large fenced-in yard and right across from the park/greenway. It was clean, welcoming, and full of amenities. We enjoyed the coffee on the front porch. The location was a very short drive/uber to downtown. It was peaceful and tranquil near the park. The fence was really nice and made the place feel like a secret garden. It was easy to park on the street, though we would have preferred if there was enough space left to park in the driveway. The rental car was parked there which did look nice. Added bonus that we'll remember if we fly out in the future. They did a really nice job decorating and providing everything you need. We'll definitely plan to stay here again!

Our stay was great! The house was perfect- it had everything that we needed, plus some (ninja blender was a great surprise and came in so handy for smoothies.) They thought of everything! We also enjoyed the pool and private yard…those things alone would make me book again.
