Welcome to our little slice of paradise! I'm Sylvie, your host and fellow adventurer. As a mother of three and someone who's spent years traversing the globe, I stumbled into the world of hosting and property management back in 2021 and quickly fell in love.

Would 100% recommend this accommodation for any large group visiting the Austin area. The location is perfect and there are tons of rooms/beds to accommodate bigger groups. Host was very easy to communicate with and checkin/checkout were smooth!Having the pool in the backyard was amazing to be able to cool off on the hot summer days. Most attractions are within walking distance or just a quick uber ride away. We will be back for sure!

Sylvie’s home accommodated our group beautifully. The layout provides separation between the main bedroom and other rooms and there are lots of areas for hanging out and gathering. Location is great, right next to the grocery store and a 10-15 minute walk to most things. Off street parking and two porch areas were great.

We had a little trouble checking in, as the code for the front door wasn’t working. Sylvie responded and was able to get the door to unlock in about 30 minutes. The Wifi was uneven and may need a “boost.” The pool and hot tub were fabulous. Everyone in our group felt comfortable in their bedroom and en suite bath. All beds were extremely comfortable. One thing I especially appreciated was that Sylvie was very responsive, but she did not make extraordinary demands on us, the guests. We had one of the easiest checkouts I have ever experienced. I hope to return to this house someday!!!

The home was very Victorian, charming in every way. We could sit on the porch with coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon and the people walking by would say good morning or afternoon as the area was only a few blocks from the Ashland Shakespeare theatre as well. A Safeway store was 3 houses down so very convenient for our food needs. We felt like we were taken back in time to a period when things were slower and peaceful. Thank you owners and Sylvie for sharing your home with us.
