Welcome to our little slice of paradise! I'm Sylvie, your host and fellow adventurer. As a mother of three and someone who's spent years traversing the globe, I stumbled into the world of hosting and property management back in 2021 and quickly fell in love.

We had a great stay at this bungalow in East Cesar Chavez for a guys’ weekend in Austin. The location is a major plus — close to downtown and easy to get around, while still feeling like your own home base. The house comfortably fit our group of five and offers plenty of beds, which makes it appealing for larger groups. The layout leans more toward maximizing sleeping space than indoor gathering space, so we found ourselves spending most of our time outside rather than around a dining table. The pool and patio were the highlight and a big reason we booked. At night, we recommend Ubering since the walk under I-35 can feel uncomfortable. Sylvie was responsive and easy to work with. Overall, a great group spot in a prime location.

good location, very close to a lot of activities and good restaurants. Its hard to infer from the photos as there are no exterior pics, but the place is a stand alone metal skinned ADU in the backyard of a single family home. Its very compact and designed like a Swiss army knife, but it has everything you would need at a typical BnB. I was traveling solo and it was perfect, might get a little crammed with more than 2 people in there. Host was very good at communication. Cenote on 7th had the best brunch, had to double-dip there.
