Welcome to our little slice of paradise! I'm Sylvie, your host and fellow adventurer. As a mother of three and someone who's spent years traversing the globe, I stumbled into the world of hosting and property management back in 2021 and quickly fell in love.

Sylvie’s “picture perfect studio” is another name for this extraordinary experience. We stayed in studio B on Hellman St. and walked to “A Midsummer Nights Dream,” for the most magical evening. We walked to get ice cream and were greeted by local deer! This place is so walkable!!!! Sylvie was on top of every comfort including preparing an air conditioned unit for us upon our arrival. The kitchenette had every thing you could want (great hot coffee) and need (an ice cold fridge)! The towels and linens were fresh and stocked in abundance. Well appointed, very clean, great location within biking distance of downtown. We were working at the SOU campus for several days and the house worked fabulously for our group. Pool, hot tub, and game room are great amenities. Pool is a bit smaller than it appears in the fisheye photos but still big enough. Property is well cared for. Would stay again!

This is our third stay at Beach House. All our family loves it--pool, location, amenities. We can spread out within the house, which is clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The host communications have always been excellent. We highly recommend this home. This year we had the best location for getting to and viewing the 4th of July parade. It was great.
